| Hi~! I'm Arika (not my real name, it's my pseudonym) Branson, author of The Arcadian Legends. I draw and write a bit, and I'm a bit weird. ^__^; Oh, and I am (slightly) autistic, a straight white female, and also uber-opinionated. Just so you know what type of person you're dealing with here. Likes: *Games: Any Pokemon game, some Yu-Gi-Oh games, Super Mario Bros. *Shows: Power Rangers (mainly Lightspeed Rescue, but there are other series as well). For Internet shows, Atop the Fourth Wall and The Angry Video Game Nerd. (I have lost interest in The Nostalgia Critic, sadly.) *Books: Anything written by William Shakespeare, the Harry Potter series, The Royal Diaries series, My Name is America series, and the Dear America series. *Music: Anything other than country, teenyboppers, and some specific types of rock (death metal, for example). *Characters (anime/cartoons): a whole boatload. Pretty much all 493 Pokemon, Tracey Sketchit (Pokemon), Blossom (Powerpuff Girls), Charlie Brown, and Snoopy, to name a few. Dislikes/Outright Hates (general): Stupid people who think of others being morons (for example, people excluding important characters because the audience will not know which one is which), insults, The Book That Shall Not be Named, Power Rangers: Time Force (just couldn't get into it), fan people whining because their favorite (jerk) character dies in an "unfair" way (bonus points if it's in a horror film and the character deserves his/her fate), Stephenie "I'm better than you and you know it" Meyer, Kristen Stewart (yes, I went there, I revile her just as much), anyone who thinks that "original/first = best!!!1", anything too hyped up, Small Name Big Ego-people, Stop Having Fun, Guys guys, and bad works (like So Bad, It's Horrible works). |

- Favourite genre of music: All but certain types of rock, tween-targeted music, and country..
- Favourite poet or writer: William Shakespeare, JK Rowling.
- Favourite game: The Pokemon (main) series, Pokemon Mystery Dungeon, and Pokemon Ranger. To an extent, Mario as well.
- Favourite gaming platform: Almost all Nintendo devices, but I like the Nintendo DS Lite and the Wii.
- Favourite cartoon character: Pikachu, Piplup, Shaymin (Pokemon); Blossom (PPG); and Charlie Brown--among others.
- Tools of the Trade: Pencil, pen, markers, and colored pencils. Also, Paint.NET.
